At Zeron, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unwashed
- The item must be in original condition with tags intact
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect product received
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
- You will be contacted to arrange refund details
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos of the item
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
